The AT3-150 is a high-performance automatic programming system independently developed by Hilosystems Semiconductor, designed for small-to-medium batch, multi-variety IC programming applications. Featuring imported motor drives and high-precision servo control, the system achieves synchronized X/Y/U axis movement for high-speed, high-precision pick-and-place operations. It is widely used in automotive electronics, industrial control, consumer electronics, IoT and other industries. The system supports over 300 IC vendors and more than 100,000 programmable devices, covering nearly all device types including eMMC, eMCP, NAND/NOR Flash, Serial Flash, MCU/MPU, EEPROM, CPLD and more, delivering exceptional compatibility. It supports three input/output methods: Tray, Tape and Tube, with quick switching between packaging formats (Tray ↔ Tape ↔ Tube). Optional functions include ink/laser marking, pin inspection, 3D visual inspection and MES system integration to satisfy quality traceability requirements in high-end manufacturing.

Intelligent Software: User-friendly GUI, auto-saved parameters, traceable logs & reports; smart socket check and disable strategies support unattended operation; customizable MES integration.
High-Throughput Compact Design: 2 nozzles, max throughput 2500 UPH; modular design for fast changeover; footprint only 1180×1190mm to save space.
Optional Inspection: Pin check, MARKING recognition, 3D appearance inspection and NG bin sorting to improve process quality.
